The Ahava Way School of Embodied Technology develops the human capacities required to remain present, discerning, creative, and self-authored in relationship with intelligent systems.
Practice sensing limits, restoring attention, communicating consent, and translating insight into lived choice. Yoga is one part of a wider approach to embodied learning.
Return attention to lived experience
Recognize limits, activation, and pace
Feel and articulate yes, no, and not yet
Carry insight into action and relationship
People do not encounter AI as abstract minds. We arrive through nervous systems, histories, sensory thresholds, habits, environments, and changing levels of capacity.
Embodied practice helps make those conditions perceptible. That awareness supports clearer choice, more sustainable participation, and a stronger ability to recognize when an interaction should pause, change, or end.
The practices may draw from movement, breath, contemplative inquiry, relational exercises, writing, and carefully framed AI interaction.
Return to place, weight, contact, environment, and present-time reality.
Notice activation and develop options for settling, mobilizing, or pausing.
Strengthen awareness of internal signals without treating sensation as infallible truth.
Practice sensing, naming, revising, and communicating conditions of participation.
Create deliberate thresholds between technological engagement and the rest of life.
Engage intelligent systems while tracking agency, authorship, influence, and difference.
Programs are being developed as a coherent pathway while remaining adaptable to different communities and levels of experience.
Accessible introductions to embodiment, attention, and interaction literacy.
Focused learning for communities, schools, artists, and professional teams.
Extended environments for practice, reflection, creation, and integration.
